The general wisdom from the health industry has tended towards the magical ‘eight glasses a day’, but for every health practitioner that recommends this approach as a sure-fire route to health and vitality, there’s another suggesting that it makes no measurable difference to overall wellbeing.

Staff from Angel Springs the UK’s leading water cooler supplier of both bottled and mains fed water coolers attended the 30th Anniversay party for Compton Hopsice on Saturday night. A brilliant time was had by all at the 80’s themed party where they enjoyed retro cocktails with a luxury 80′s buffet and played some original 80’s games.
