Route Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced route co-ordinator to supplement our existing Planning Team. Primary responsibilities are to maintain and control the networks automated forecasting and routing processes to optimise resources, drive productivity gains and strategically plan all associated activities. Manage new customers coming on board and ensure they are routed in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Inbound Customer Relationship / Customer Retention Executives

Working within a team you will be expected to take inbound calls from our customers and deal with a variety of orders and requests. You will be handling all types of customer queries. Whilst doing this you must also ensure that the customer is happy with the level of service they are receiving from us and ensure that we retain their business. Overcoming any customer objections you will also be expected to negotiate and discuss contractual obligations.

You will also ensure that the communication process between sales, distribution and Management is managed / recorded accurately and to the highest standard. Producing weekly and monthly reports to allow detailed analysis of call patterns and workflow, all other administration duties as and when required.

The Person
You must have a confident telephone manner and be able to communicate at all levels. Some sales experience would be an advantage. Organised and disciplined you will be able to respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests and complaints. You must have excellent administration skills and a working knowledge of word and excel.

OTE: £18,000

Outbound Customer Relationship Executives

Working as part of a small team you will be expected to make calls daily to our existing customer base to promote our products and ensure that the customer is happy with the level of service they are receiving. Whilst doing this, you will also generate extra business and retain customers wishing to cancel their agreements.

You will also ensure that the communication process between sales, distribution and Management is managed / recorded accurately and to the highest standard, which would also involve making appointments for our National Account Managers. Producing weekly and monthly reports to allow detailed analysis of call patterns and workflow, all other administration duties as and when required.

OTE: 20,000

Angel Waterlogic are able to offer up to 8 weeks work experience in all areas of our Head Office at Wolverhampton. As part of our involvement with the government work placement scheme, you can get work experience with no loss of benefits and travel expenses paid. There is also a chance of a real job at the end.
