We have just taken delivery of one of your machines, and I am just contacting you to thank you for a really friendly and efficient service from your staff. My first contact was with John Perry who I called having received a fax flyer on the very day that we had just about had enough of our current supplier(Nestle Pow Wow) John was extremely friendly and everything was delivered when it was promised and the follow up from accounts was as it should be.
It makes a change in this day and age to receive good service with the personal touch.

I would like to write a letter of thanks to your company for the wonderful service we have had since deciding to change from powwow to Angel Springs. I was delaing with continual problems with powwow for about two years before finally giving up on them abd choosing to try out Angel Springs.
My main problem with the previous company was regarding delivery - deliveries not turning up, rude delivery people, bottled dumped in one area rather than distributed round the office as requested, wrong deliveries and all these problems on a weekly basis. Since we have been with your company one of the most positive changes that has impressed me is Andy your delivery man and following his delivery last week I made a mental note to write to your company to say a rare thing which is Thank You!
Not only does Andy deliver on time, allows us to put our order in at the last minute and deals with our last minute changing of minds, more importantly he is extremely friendly whenever he comes, not only chatting and saying hello to reception, but to everyone he passes in the office. If you had ever experiences delivery courtesy (or lack of it) the we experienced with powwow, you would see what a breath of fresh air Andy has been. The service from him alone has meant that I have not had to consider other water companies.
