Motivating Yourself to Drink Water in Cold Weather

Everyone knows how unappetising a big glass of cold water can be on a freezing day.

It is quite different from enjoying a refreshing, ice-cold drink on a hot summer’s afternoon, but there are plenty of other ways to drink more water during the winter months.
