The coolers arrived yesterday and we've very pleased with them. Also the guy that did the delivery was brilliant, really helpful and was a pleasure to deal with (which is very different to Pow Wow!)

I hope you will feel pleased (and hopefully not compromised) when I tell you that I have just had two mains linked water coolers from your owncompany installed today at my home to replace the Pow Wow cooler. I have been dealing with the excellent Matt Hemming. Three days from first contact to installation - great service. I am delighted that Ron Carter wants to resolve these issues with customer complaints but I fear with me, it is too late. I won't bore you with my own story - our company switched to Angel Springs some time ago but I remained personally with Pow Wow - the worst decision I ever made.

Our company has been with Angel Springs for one year now and I have to say they are the best water company I have ever dealt with. I work for a very busy and demanding construction company and there is constant change and movement with both short and long term timescales for the need of water coolers on various sites and in the past it’s been an absolute nightmare with other companies trying to manage this, they couldn’t cope with simple requests, but Angel have dealt with everything with no troubles at all, they make it so easy, especially as they are prompt and thorough with everything including invoicing and water deliveries which, in the past were also very difficult to get on top of due to extremely poor service.

Another added bonus is that we have a great account manager, Matt Hemming. Matt is always there if I need anything and will respond to any and all queries I have. Without him I don’t think things would be as smooth running. All in all I am extremely happy with the service Angel are providing for us and it really is an added bonus to have an account manager that I can communicate with so easily.
